Austwick Horticultural and Village Produce
Association
Twenty-First Annual Flower and Handicraft
Show
August 2008
After yet another very wet summer Austwick
residents were faced with the challenge of trying to put together their
Twenty-First Annual Flower and Handicraft Show. This is a popular annual event
in the village and despite a particularly difficult year for flower and
vegetable growing the quality of the produce displayed was extremely high.
Although, it was noted that entries in all categories were down, those visiting
the show were not disappointed and were very impressed with the standard of
exhibits.
